We spent three days at Villa Magnolia and immediately felt completely at home. From the very beginning, communication with Anita was easy and relaxed, and she always responded very quickly. The house itself is well located and ideal for excursions, while Lake Garda is only a short drive away.

Our two dogs also felt at home and especially enjoyed the spacious fenced garden.

We stayed at Loreto Blue House and we were all absolutely delighted — not only because of the impeccable hospitality and the convenience of the location, which makes it very easy to get around and reach the city center in just a few minutes, but also because of the apartment itself.

The design is fantastic; my daughters absolutely loved it, and honestly, so did we adults. It has every comfort you could need and is truly beautiful, with great attention to every detail.

We stayed at Green House Pra after a long day of cycling. What we needed was a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom; we found much more than we expected.

The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. You can really tell that the apartment has been furnished with great care and attention to detail.

  • How far are the nearest beaches from Green House Pra?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Villa Magnolia: Yes, guests can park in the private driveway inside the property.


    Loreto Blue House: No private parking is available, but free street parking can usually be found in the surrounding streets.


    Green House Pra: No private parking is available. There are a few public parking spaces in front of the building, and additional free street parking can be found nearby.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that some requests may incur an additional fee.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, all of our properties are suitable for family stays and offer comfortable, functional spaces for both adults and children.
