Prohibitions:

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all properties.

Parties or events are not allowed.

Check-out and Waste: Guests are kindly asked to dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checking out.

Energy Saving and Security: Before leaving, please ensure all lights and air conditioning are turned off . All windows and the entrance door must be securely closed.

Keys: Upon departure, keys must be returned to the lockbox.

Pets: Furry friends are welcome at Green House Pra (GHP) and Villa Magnolia Oliveti (VMO) upon request. Pets are not allowed at Loreto Blue House (LBH) in Milan.

Lost keys and devices: In case of loss of house keys (for any property), a €150 reimbursement will be charged for locksmith services. For Loreto Blue House (LBH), loss of the portable WiFi hotspot will result in a €150 charge for hardware replacement and contract management.
