Check-in & Check-out : Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. On departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Waste Management : We support the environment through waste recycling. External bins are located outside the building. We kindly ask you to dispose of all trash before checking out.
Keys & Security : Please take great care of the keys. Warning: the door locks automatically when closed ; always ensure you have the keys with you before stepping out. In case of loss of keys, a fee of Euro 150.00 will be charged for lock replacement.
City Tax (2026) : The Genoa City Tax is not included. For 2026, the rate is €3.00 per person, per night, to be paid separately upon arrival.
Self Check-in : For your flexibility, we offer a self check-in system. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking confirmation. Identification: Providing ID details for all guests before arrival is mandatory to comply with Italian law.
