How to Get Around: Transport and Connections

Train (Recommended for City Center) The Genova Prà railway station is approximately 1 km from the apartment. Regional trains run frequently, reaching Genova Piazza Principe station (Historic Center and Old Port) in about 20 minutes. This is the fastest and most convenient way to visit the city without parking concerns.

Cycling Path (Green Mobility) The Fascia di Rispetto cycling path is just a short walk from the property. This flat, seaside route allows you to reach the seaside town of Arenzano in 8.4 km. It is perfect for a bike ride or a scenic walk.

Car and Highway The property is strategically located just 500 meters from the Genova Prà highway exit (A10). This provides easy access to all the towns of both the Western and Eastern Riviera.

Airport The Genoa "Cristoforo Colombo" International Airport is about 11 km away and can be easily reached by car or via dedicated airport shuttle services.

The Prà Neighborhood : Between Tradition and Sport Prà is one of the most authentic souls of Western Genoa, famous worldwide as the World Capital of Basil. Thanks to the unique microclimate of its hills, the finest PDO basil is grown here, the essential ingredient for authentic Genoese Pesto.

Important Stay Informatio n

Check-in & Check-out : Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. On departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.

Waste Management : We support the environment through waste recycling. External bins are located outside the building. We kindly ask you to dispose of all trash before checking out.

Keys & Security : Please take great care of the keys. Warning: the door locks automatically when closed ; always ensure you have the keys with you before stepping out. In case of loss of keys, a fee of Euro 150.00 will be charged for lock replacement.

City Tax (2026) : The Genoa City Tax is not included. For 2026, the rate is €3.00 per person, per night, to be paid separately upon arrival.

Self Check-in : For your flexibility, we offer a self check-in system. Detailed instructions will be sent after booking confirmation. Identification: Providing ID details for all guests before arrival is mandatory to comply with Italian law.

Sustainability : Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment and upon final check-out.
