Check-in & Check-out
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM . On departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Power Management
(Critical)
The apartment has a limited electrical load capacity. Using high-power appliances simultaneously—such as the air conditioning, induction hob, oven, washing machine, and hairdryer —will cause the main circuit breaker to trip. Since the main breaker is located in the basement (outside the apartment), restoring power requires a manual on-site intervention by the host. Please use these appliances one at a time to avoid power outages.
Waste Management
We support the environment through recycling. For stays longer than one night, please dispose of your waste in the designated bins located in the building's garbage area. Please ensure no trash is left in the apartment upon check-out.
Keys & Security
Please take great care of the keys. Warning: The door is not a spring lock (slam-lock); you must manually lock it with the key when leaving. If keys are lost, a €150.00 fee will apply for lock replacement.
Portable Wi-Fi Connection
The apartment provides a high-speed 5G portable hotspo t ("saponetta") for your internet needs. As an exclusive benefit, you are welcome to take the device with you outside the apartment to stay connected while exploring the city.

L oss or damage of the portable Wi-Fi device will result in a penalty fee of €150.00.

City Tax (2026)
Milan City Tax is not included. For 2026, the rate is €9.50 per person, per night (for guests over 14 years old), payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-in
Check-in is normally conducted in person, but we also offer a self check-in option for your flexibility. Instructions will be provided after booking confirmation.
Identification
Providing ID details for all guests, including minors, before arrival is mandatory to comply with Italian law.
Sustainability
Please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and all lights whenever you leave the apartment.
